Refunds and Returns:
Returns are only accepted if the goods are faulty. We comply with Australian Consumer law in this regard. Returns are accepted if you contact us about the problem and return the item within 14 days. The return delivery costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
We, may decide to Repair, replace or refund, depending on what is wrong with the item. Please contact us if you want to discuss any problems with your item.
Returns will not be accepted at any stage if you got what you asked/ ordered for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.
Most items have a 1 year warranty as guaranteed by Australian Consumer law. Many of our kayak/ boat products have warranties from 3-5 years ( limited). If you have warranty concerns or issues please contact us for more information and how to proceed.
All items are sent with the appropriate carrier. Smaller items are generally sent through Australia Post, while larger items are sent with a freight company.
All items listed as in stock will be sent immediately. Items not in stock may take as long as 6 weeks for delivery. We will endeavor to notify all customers of delivery times.
Delivery costs are not included with purchase, particularly on larger items, as all costs will vary according to size of purchase and delivery area. Freight rates are calculated according to the weight and size of the item. Freight to capital cities is cheaper than to home address and rural areas. Offered freight to capital cities is pickup at the depot only. If you would like to have your item delivered to your door, or you live in a more rural area and not a capital city then we can freight it direct to you. Please contact us for a delivery rate to your address before purchase. Delivery Costs listed may be approximate. Insurance on your purchase and delivery is also not included, so it is recommended that you ask about shipping insurance before purchase. We do not accept responsibility for lost items if they are lost in delivery. Once the item leaves our store we have fulfilled our responsibility of purchase.
